Lola Crossbody – Sew Many Creations
Join us for creating a polished, everyday crossbody bag while learning two professional bag making techniques: a recessed zipper and a center divider. In this hands-on class you’ll sew a fully lined bag with a clean silhouette, adjustable strap and a sleek zipper panel that sits neatly below the top edge for a boutique-worthy look.
This class is for intermediate sewists wanting to strengthen their skills.
To ensure everyone completes their project, Please, arrive to class with all pieces cut and prepped.
Supplies:
- All cork outside = 9” x 12” for bottom and 9” x 27” for top and handle
-OR-
- Fabric/cork outside = FQ fabric for top and 9” x 27” for bottom and handle
- 2/3 Yard Lining, divider, inside zip pocket and recessed top zipper
- 1/3 Yard Pellon Décor Bond #809 (will need more if using fabric for exterior)
- 1/2” Slider
- (1) 10” or longer zipper for inside zip pocket
- (1) 14” or longer zipper for recessed top
