Cut fabric and batting per pattern instructions. - DO NOT CUT LINING FABRIC AT THIS TIME.
If you are using a hoop that is 8 x 14 or larger you may use the “combined files” and you will need to cut your fabric and batting accordingly.
Items you will need for class:
Sewing Machine & Embroidery Unit & Hoop(s) (6 x 10 or larger)
Printed pattern directions & USB
Pre Cut fabric & batting for brim and cone
Poly mesh stabilizer
Embellishments - such as embroidery leather and/or embroidery glitter sheets that will be used when appliqueing the stars and moons. Regular fabric may be used for these steps as well.
Thread for background quilting, small embroidered stars, bats and thread to match your embellishment fabrics (I used 10 different colors in my hat)
Bobbin for each color of thread you will be using
Embroidery tape
Machine Needles
Snips & Scissors
Note paper & pen/pencil
Items needed for hat assembly:

Completed blocks
Lining fabric
Marking pen/pencil
Pins - long & thin (lots) and Flower Head Pins (or any pin that is long and sturdy)
Sewing Clips (minimum of 30)
Thread for hat assembly and top stitching
