Class/Event Cancellation Policy

We take a lot of time and care to prepare for you to attend a class and/or event. Please make note of the following policy related to cancellations. 
When the enrollee cancels 48 hours prior to the class start time a store credit will be issued. Any in house or off-site event and/or class led by a guest instructor must be cancelled 14 days prior to the date the event begins. There are no exceptions to this generous 2-week cancellation policy since we are still contractually obligated to pay the instructor for your spot. 

There are no refunds or any form of compensation for no-shows or enrollees who show up more than 15 minutes late, please respect your instructor and fellow students. If you are scheduled for a free private lesson (available to those who purchase their machine from Happy Little Quilt Shop) and do not cancel at minimum 48 hours prior to the lesson, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. We respect your time please respect ours. 

We reserve the right to cancel classes as we deem necessary, at which time a store credit will be issued. Happy Little Quilt Shop will always do our best to notify students of a cancellation at least 2 days prior to the class date, we will do this via email, phone, and/or text.
